Issa Kobayashi

Issa Kobayashi is the moniker for a Tokyo inter-disciplinary artist and know-it-all based in Paris. The mysterious nature of this project is on part with our own ethos at Organisation General Records, where we intend to showcase creative works out front and not to mimic anything the so called music industry as been force feeding us for decades. We can hear sonic influences ranging from Merzbow to Flying Lotus on the works released by Issa Kobayashi for Organisation General Records. A well balanced chaos, filled to the brim with noises from outer space, best described by the artist as a "cybernetic prayer". Kobayashi manages on some tracks to recapture the political boiling underground of Les Rallizes Denudes filtered through a unique style of electronica. Kobayashi also dabbles in "gurafiku design" and has helped us a lot with the visuals for every project on Organisation General Records.
