Withdraw from contract
You bought something on this site and want to withdraw from the purchase? You have 14 days from delivery to do so, without giving a reason (terms of sale, article 6). Fill in this form, then confirm: we send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email, with your statement and the date and time it was sent.
No withdrawal for made-to-order items, nor for CDs, tapes and records you unsealed after delivery (French Consumer Code, article L221-28).
